Improve your swimming technique and prepare for the Lowcountry Splash.

The camp will start TBD and will run from 6:30-7:45 for 10 weeks at the MLK pool. We will also have some camp nights where we will swim at Trophy Lakes in open water and those nights will be announced during the camp.  

Location - MLK pool downtown.

Cost TBD - you get three more camp nights this year!

Camp Workouts

The Lowcountry Splash Bridge Swim Camp is intended for those that wish to improve their swimming technique, speed, and efficiency as it relates to open water swimming. It is a requirement that all swimmers in the camp must be able to complete a 500 yd. swim. The camp is not a learn to swim camp.

CAMP will include:

*videotape stroke analysis

*Training sessions during camp time

*Camp guided workouts geared to all levels of swimming fitness to be completed weekly.

*Open water swimming strategies.
